Behavior Chart Freebie

I created this behavior chart/discipline chart to match the binder covers I created in the last post. All you need to do is print, laminate, and then put together using a hole-punch and some of those binder rings. I made the ready to learn larger since you will most likely be starting out with all kids on that one.
